The house
Romanka stands on the Zaprzelina meadow in Żabnica, in the Żywiec Beskids. We have 9 rooms: five triples and four doubles.
Every room has its own bathroom, a TV and a balcony looking out at Romanka, Hala Pawlusia, Rysianka and Lipowska. Home-made breakfast is included in the room price and served from 8:00 to 10:00. In summer there is a pool with a view terrace and a paddling pool for children; in winter, sleigh rides. There is also a sauna, and a hot tub with warm water you can book at any time of year.

Good to know
No pets — Baks lives here
Baks, our shaggy black dog, lives here and runs free across the meadow every day. If another dog came to stay, he’d have to spend your whole visit shut indoors — not because he’s aggressive, but because no one can keep an eye on two dogs around the clock. Any other four-legged guest would take that freedom away from him, so we welcome guests without pets.

Pick your dates and rooms and we work out the price straight away. You pay 30% online when you book and the rest on arrival.
Around
From the guesthouse door it is a 15–20 minute walk along local roads to the marked trails. To the south, the black trail climbs to Hala Boracza and the green one goes on from there to Lipowska. To the east, at Żabnica Skałka, the green trail leads over Hala Pawlusia to Rysianka and the black one to Słowianka, where the blue trail continues to Romanka.
